William Paul Phelps Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of William Paul Phelps of Halls, Tennessee, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on February 13, 2025 at the age of 99. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his wife Dorothy Jean Phelps; his daughter Caroline Sue Henry; his parents, Willie Edward Phelps and Birtie Florance Phelps (Davis); and his siblings, Martha F. Hale, Mary F. Bender, Hazel Edwina Bayless and Roy E. Phelps.
He is survived by: his daughter Judy A. Justice (H. Bruce Justice); and his grandchildren, Scott Bandy (Cindy), Mark Justice (Deborah), Jodi Mackiewicz (Thad), Valerie Carroll (Steve) and Samantha Thomason (Michael). He is also survived by 14 great grandchildren, and one great-great granddaughter.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to Wallace Memorial Capital Project Fund in Paul's name.
