He was predeceased by: his parent Jerry Clyce Plunk. He is survived by: his wife Debra Peterson Plunk of Halls, Tennessee; his daughter Kim Banks of Memphis, Tennessee; his grandson Robert Epperson of Jackson, Tennessee; and his cousins, Rickie Kirk, Ronnie Kirk and Mike Kirk.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, November 1st 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Johnson-Williams Funeral Home (239 E Main St, Newbern, TN 38059). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, November 1st 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Chapel of Johnson-Williams Funeral Home (239 E Main St, Newbern, TN 38059).
