He is survived by: his wife Jo Ann Karolchik; his children, Brian Karolchik (Selene) of Harvey's Lake, Pennsylvania and Stacey Books (Mike) of Rockwall, Texas; his grandchildren, Cristin Cruz (Matt) and Jordan Books (Kelsie); and his great grandchildren, Cameron and Madison Cruz.
