Don Michael Cernuto Obituary

With sadness, we share the passing of Don Michael Cernuto of Hampshire, Tennessee. Don, born on March 4, 1949, passed away on August 23, 2026. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Don Michael Cernuto to pay them a last tribute.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Cernuto Jr. and Laura Ramous Cernuto; and his children, Don "Buck" Cernuto Jr. and Lori Hyde (Brian Hyde). He is survived by: his children, Elizabeth Tubville (Michael), Kimberly Underwood (Shawn), Nicole Akins (Reka) and Michael Cernuto (Amber); his siblings, Joe Cernuto III of Pennsylvania and Mary Lou Cernuto of Pennsylvania; his grandchildren, David Hyde, Nicholas Hyde, Dustin Hyde, Cole Tubville, Emma Tubville, Raegan Underwood, Cameron Underwood, Olivia Cernuto, Zach Cernuto, Cole Cernuto and Cobe Cernuto; and his close friend Dallas. He is also survived by three great-grandchildren.

Visitation was held on Saturday, September 5th 2026 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Williams Funeral Home & Crematory - Columbia (2517 Trotwood Ave, Columbia, TN 38401). A celebration of life was held on Saturday, September 5th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the Williams Funeral Home (2517 Trotwood Ave, Columbia, TN 38401).

In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorial donations be made to Disabled American Veterans in honor of Don's lifetime of service and his fellow veterans or Blood Cancer United (https://givenow.bloodcancerunited.org) (Leukemia & Lymphoma Society) Semper Fi.
