She is survived by: her husband Steve McNeil; her stepdaughters, Michelle Vanover, Kimberly Kennedy and Cheri Mashburn; her niece Becky Chambers; her nephew Brandon Vines; her great-nephew Jacob Davis; and her brother Ray Vines, Jr..
