Blevins; his niece Patricia Blevins; his sisters, Lillie Belle Blevins and Lydia Mae Franklin; and his nephew-in-law Wallace J. Jarrett.
He is survived by: his nieces and nephews, Julie J. Winegar, Lindsey of Bluff City, TN, Deanna Hensley (Annie), Linda Blevins Jarrett of Bluff City, TN, Gary Wayne Blevins of Roan Mountain, TN, Benjamin (Linda Franklin), Kristie Blevins Chausse of Roan Mountain, TN, David Blevins of Hampton, TN, Glenda Conner of Johnson City, TN, Clay Dishman of Wake Forest, NC, Misty Franklin Agee of Smithville, TN and Wayne Johnson of Hampton, TN; his cousin Sam Rogers (Mabel); his close friends, Bob Stevens, Sandra Hyder and Monroe Stevens; and his pet Mitzi.
