He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Stevens and Verna Hyder Stevens; and his siblings, Wesley, Virgil, Hershel, Beulah King and Eula Ellison.
He is survived by: his sister Sandra Morgan; and his caregivers, Douglas Stevens, William Stevens, Hershel Stevens, Jennifer Campbell, Beth Stevens and Timothy Campbell. He is also survived by Several nieces, nephews and cousins.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 1st 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Memorial Funeral Chapel (212 N Main St, Elizabethton, TN 37643). A celebration of life will be held on Wednesday, October 1st 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
