In the vast expanse of eternity, Donley shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Donley farewell, his loved ones carry with them the precious gift of his memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Banner and Lula Marlowe Banner; his daughters, Beth and Pam Banner; and his siblings, Jack Banner, Quinton Banner and Marie Waycaster.
He is survived by: his wife Katie Banner; his daughter Donna (Darrell Williams); his grandson Chris Whitehead; his sister Ethel Guinn (Duane); and his close friend Ray Arnett. He is also survived by Several sisters and brothers in-law, nieces and nephews.
