She was predeceased by: her mother Regina Potter Smith; and her husband Douglas Wayde Emerson. She is survived by: her daughters, Victoria Brooke Hardin and Savannah Adkins (Samuel); her grandchildren, Brayden Hardin, Autumn Church and Ellie Adkins; her father J. D. Smith; and her brother John Smith.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, September 4th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Memorial Funeral Chapel (212 N Main St, Elizabethton, TN 37643). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, September 4th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
