She is survived by: her sister Elizabeth Heaton of North Carolina; her children, Pamela Stout (Jerry) of Roan Mountain, Donna Goff of Hampton, Johnny Oaks (Teresa) of Roan Mountain and Debbie Potter (Ronnie) of Roan Mountain; her grandchildren, Tommy, Joey, Jennifer, Tracy, Heather, Josh, Matt, Casey and Jason; her great grandchildren, Christin Lowery, Dameon and Neveah; and her great great grandchildren, Skylar and Ryker.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 262 Danny Thomas Place, Memphis, Tenn. 38101.
