With sadness, we share the passing of William Herve Dugger of Hampton, Tennessee. William, born on May 16, 1950, passed away on October 10, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, William "Dee" Dugger and Frances Carver Dugger of Hampton; his siblings, Wanda Tester and Roy Dugger; and his stepdaughter Wendy Nave Shelton of Tucson, AZ..
He is survived by: his wife Betty Sue Matheson Dugger; his sister Tina Shell; his sons, Scotty Dugger (Julie), Bobby Dugger (Cindy) and Andy Dugger (Sarah); and his siblings-in-law, Mary Ann Smith, Pansy Matheson, Shirley Leonard (Dennis) and Bobby Matheson.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 24th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Union Baptist Church (1411 US-321, Hampton, TN 37658). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, October 24th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, make donations to Union Baptist Church.
