He is survived by: his wife Kelli Potter Harvey; his children, Avaleigh and Ezra Harvey; his sisters, Toshia (Darrell Ridenour) and Bobbi Harvey; his sister-in-law Valerie Hyder (Mark); his mother-in-law Phyllis Potter; his siblings, Sara and Chad Potter; his nieces and nephews, Mason, Jaxon, Caila, Tori (Lucas), Brendon, Jacob and Ben; his close friends, Travis Nelson, Anthony Rogers, David Kunsman and Lance Lloyd; his aunts and uncles, Sherry, Greg Kapusta, Linda Harvey and JC Strunk; and his parents, Bill Harvey and Cathy Harvey.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, September 26th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM at the Davis Funeral Home (211 Old Mill Rd, Wartburg, TN 37887). A graveside service will be held on Saturday, September 26th 2026 from 2:30 PM to 3:00 PM at the Estes Cemetery.
