She was predeceased by: her parents, Fred Mullins and Jean Mullins; her daughter Kimberly Clark; and her siblings, William Mullins (Bill) and Vickie Duncan.
She is survived by: her husband Don Clark; her sons, Jason (Lisa Clark) and Coty Clark; her grandchildren, Trinity (Josh Brimm) and Levi Holeton; and her siblings, Johnny (Gwen Mullins), Robert (Loretta Mullins), Jarena (Larry Bridges) and Lynn Fink.
