She was predeceased by: her parents, Jack Middleton and Edith Johnson; her former husband Anthony "Tony" Malavies; her siblings, Mary Dimbroski, Larry, Jimmy and Jack Middleton; and her brother-in-law Tommy Johnson.
She is survived by: her son Scott Malavies. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, and friends.
