He is survived by: his wife Shelley Marshall; his daughters, Amber Marshall (Clay Tarleton) and Stevey Marshall (Ben Pendleton); his grandsons, Tres, Marshall, Ryker and Atticus; his siblings, Regina Dishner (Bill), Tony, Jimmy McGill, Brian Brown (Lavonda) and Cassy Givens (Jamie); his aunt Beverly Marshall; and his cousins, Karen Whalen (Jimmy), Johnny Marshall, Donna Scroggins (Jim), Angela Kreis (Wade), Pam French (Jon), Luke Crass (Melissa) and Sam Crass. He is also survived by cousins, nieces, nephews, & extended family.
Viewing was held on Saturday, May 10th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Davis Funeral Home (715 Morgan Ave NE, Harriman, TN 37748). A graveside service was held on Saturday, May 10th 2025 from 2:30 PM to 3:00 PM at the Cook Family Cemetery (140 Seed Tick Rd, Rockwood, TN 37854).
