He was predeceased by: his parents, Irene Poor and Justin "Jessie" William Poor Jr.; his brother Justin W. Poor III; his brother-in-law Mario D'Eramo; and his nephews, Vincent and Anthony D'Eramo.
He is survived by: his wife Trish "Curly" Poor; his children, Jessica "Jessie", Kristen, Lauren Turpin and Thomas Justin "TJ"; his daughter-in-law Lauren Poor; his grandchildren, Aubry Poor, Samantha "Sammy" Poor, Alley "Fox" Perry-Poor, Thomas, William Poor, Benjamin Clyne-Poor, Jamiel Scudder, RJ Jones, Rajon Jones, Daley and Thompson Jr.; his great grandchild Ezra (Poor); and his sisters, Deborah "Deb" D'Eramo and Mary Ellen Pike. He is also survived by several loving nieces and nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews, as well as many cherished friends.
