Gardner Byron Scott Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Gardner Byron Scott of Harrison, Tennessee, who passed away on June 11, 2025 at the age of 83. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Scott and Ruby Scott; and his siblings, Ruth Willard, Gloria Lane, Raymond and Hoyt Scott.
He is survived by: his wife Joy Scott; his daughters, Melissa Taliaferro (Billy) of McMinnville, TN and Melinda Heilker (John); his grandsons, Chris Taliaferro (Amanda) and Sigi Heilker; his brother-in-law Lane; and his sibling's children, Kimberly Highfield and Buddy Lane. He is also survived by many other nieces and nephews.
Memorial contributions may be made to the American Heart Association or the Alzheimer's Foundation.
