The memory of Robert Hursey of Harrison, Tennessee, born in Chicago, Illinois, who passed away on June 14, 2025 at the age of 80, will forever remain in the hearts of those touched by this precious presence in their lives. He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Hursey and Arvelle Hursey; his grandfather Frank Weaver; his uncles, Bud Weaver and Ralph Hursey; and his aunt Ruth Johnson.
He is survived by: his wife Connie; his children, Darlene Weisskopf (Joel), Paul Hursey (Megan) and Bryan Hursey (Adriana); his grandsons, Joshua Weisskopf and Nathan Weisskopf (Foster); and his brother Mike Hursey (Pam).
Visitation will be held on Saturday, June 21st 2025 from 10:30 AM to 12:30 PM at the Calendar Lakewood Baptist Church (6626 Hunter Rd, Harrison, TN 37341). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, June 21st 2025 from 12:30 PM to 1:30 PM at the same location. The military honors will be held on Tuesday, July 1st 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Chattanooga National Cemetery.
