He is survived by: his wife Ruth Morgan Feathers; his children, Scott Feathers (Leigh) of Carthage, NY and Sacha McGowan (Michael) of Red Bank; and his grandchildren, Robbie Feathers of Carthage, NY, Chloe Feathers of Rochester, NY and Michael McGowan of Cleveland, TN..
Visitation will be held on Monday, May 18th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Turner Funeral Home (3913 Webb Rd, Chattanooga, TN 37416). A funeral service will be held on Monday, May 18th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
