She was predeceased by: her husband Carl Seagle; her parents, Charles Ledbetter and Veolia Ledbetter; and her brother Scott. She is survived by: her children, Page Harrison and Jeremy Seagle (Heather); her granddaughters, Grace Harrison, Caroline, Elizabeth and Clara Seagle; her siblings, Sandra Cook (Richard), Mike Ledbetter (Susan) and Tim Ledbetter (Robin); and her nephews, Josh, Jason, Todd, Chad and Jake Ledbetter. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts and uncles.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that memorial donations in honor of Vickie be made to Hearth Hospice of Chattanooga, Multiple Sclerosis Society of Chattanooga or to a nonprofit of your choosing.
