She was predeceased by: her parents, Jesse Riggs and Betty Graves; and her siblings, David, Jeff Riggs, Bertha Jones and Judy Riggs Peck.
She is survived by: her husband Glenn Cosby; her children, Jennifer Miles, Holli Dunn (Chris Dunn), Kayley (Jacob), Dakota, Dana Grace and Derek Lowe; and her sisters, JoAnne Rines and Kay Compton.
A graveside service was held on Thursday, October 22nd 2026 at 10:00 AM at the Cosby Cemetery (1008 Poplar Grove Rd, Harrogate, TN 37752).
