She is survived by: her daughters, Mildred Campbell (late JW), Margie (Mike Langley) and Linda Keck (late Ronnie); her friend Betty Hooks Minor; her grandchildren, Shannon, Wayne Rice, Chad, Crystal Gregory and Johnna Ledford; her great grandchildren, Cole Greorgy, Logan Rice and Blye Daniel; and her siblings-in-law, Brenda Mullins (late Clarence) and Ray Richardson.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 8th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Claiborne ~overholt Funeral Home Chapel. A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, October 8th 2025 at 7:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Thursday, October 9th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Fairview Cemetery (1106 Nell St, Tazewell, TN 37879).

“Dear family, I appreciate so much the kindness of the entire family. Corene was a warm welcome as she gave me a coat I still own. She highlighted our youngest sister in a Christmas play once as an angel kneeling beside baby Jesus. She provided transportation for our brother to attend college, She called our mother, Mrs Edith Bolton, home bound, just to provide comfort. She never forgot that the two women attended grade school, high school, church, and more during her 90 years.”
