With sadness, we share the passing of Janice Elberta Davis Stover of Harrogate, Tennessee. Janice, born on November 13, 1939, passed away on September 19, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Elbert Lincoln and Melvina Wilcox Davis; her granddaughter Leah Gomez; and her siblings, Patsy Maynard, Jacob Davis and Paul Davis.
She is survived by: her daughters, Paige Gomez (Michael) and Jana Stover (Shawn Ericson); her granddaughter Hope Gomez-Peck (Greg Peck); her great grandchildren, Charlotte Peck and Carson Peck; her niece Jean Cline (Dennis); her great-nieces and great-nephews, Levi, Ryn Rowlett, Jedidiah, Whittney Rowlett, Caitlyn, Grant Parker and Caleigh Cline; Taylor, Teagan Rowlett, Hunter, Sterling Rowlett, Carsyn Parker and Jacob Criswell. She is also survived by relatives and friends.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, September 26th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Arnett & Steele Valley Chapel (6340 Cumberland Gap Pkwy, Harrogate, TN 37752). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, September 26th 2026 at 7:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers the family asks for donations to be made to Yoakum Cemetery or Harrogate Book Station.
