He was predeceased by : his parents, Millard Harber and Ruth Brooks Harber; his wife Shirley Harber; and his siblings, James "Hobo" Harber and Sue Cline.

He is survived by : his daughter Amy Harber; his stepdaughter Beth Ingram (Keith); his niece Alison Manning (Charles); his great-nephew C. Peyton Manning; his stepgrandchildren, Brooke Geeting and Matthew Roop (Dylan); his stepgreat-grandchildren, Ramona and Frank Geeting; his sister-in-law Beatrice Harber; and his pet Harley.
