He is survived by: his mother Sylvia Shackelford Evans; his children, Dylan Evans (Haley) and Alexis King; his sisters, Gwen Cheek (Roy), Rhonda Partin (James), Rachael Daugherty (Jeff) and Melissa Green (Mitchell); and his grandchildren, Oliver Miracle, Bellemy King and Mallory Evans. He is also survived by other relatives and dear friends.
