He was predeceased by: his parents, Bill Leach and Essie Lawson Leach. He is survived by: his wife Alma Guy Leach; his children, Rich Leach (Lisa), Joseph Leach (Cathy), Patricia Blackwood (Brian), Danny Baker, Eugene Baker (Geraldine), Becky Traub (Richard), Stephen Baker and Jeffrey Baker (Kim); and his siblings, Carolyn Maxwell, Wendell Leach (Shirley) and Ronnie Leach. He is also survived by 24 grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 18th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Arnett & Steele Valley Chapel (6340 Cumberland Gap Pkwy, Harrogate, TN 37752). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 18th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location. The military honors will be held on Saturday, October 18th 2025 at 4:30 PM at the Powell Valley Cemetery and Memorial Gardens.
