It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Ruby Brewer of Harrogate, Tennessee, born in Pineville, Kentucky, who passed away on May 16, 2025, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. In the sacred silence of farewell, Ruby is released into the embrace of eternity, knowing that her light will continue to shine brightly in the tapestry of the lives of her loved ones. And as her memory is carried forward, may comfort be found in the knowledge that love is eternal, and that Ruby's spirit lives on in the beauty that surrounds us.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Peter C. Bays and Mary Bays (Maiden); and her children, Jerry Raymond Brewer, Larry Brewer, Teresa Brewer and Kristy Lynne Compton.
She is survived by: her brother Leonard Bays (Fran) of Scipio, IN; and her children, Ricky Brewer (Joyce) of Harrod Ohio, Debra Carroll of Columbus, IN, Barbara O'Neil of Attica, IN and Anita Oney (David) of Harrogate, TN.. She is also survived by grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, September 27th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Gospel Temple of Love (713 Edsel Ave, Lima, OH 45801).
