He is survived by: his son Joshua; his wife Molly Diane Bullard of Harrogate, Tennessee.; his son Josh (Alexandria); his granddaughters, Elizabeth and Hadley; his sisters, Judy and Jackie; his sister-in-law Sheila; his siblings' children, Drew Price and Shanna; his sisters-in-law, Patricia Fanning (Jack) and Janis Meline (Arlen); his siblings' children, Kimberly Fanning Arden, Dawn Meline and Erik Meline; his great-niece Madison Arden; his great-nephews, Nathan and Ryan Meline; his uncles, Casper and Jay Heath; and his aunt Alice Heath.
