J. Hurst); his nieces and nephews, Craig Smith of Daniel Hurst, J. T, Cody Hurst, Emily Duffield, Alyssa Duffield, Erica Hurst and Emma Hurst; and his close friend Mark Rosenbalm. He is also survived by six grandnephews; two grandnieces.
