She is survived by: her children, Michael Smith-Lebanon (Ellen), Matt Smith (Tina) and Amanda Smith-Hartsville; and her grandchildren, Hannah, Chelsea Smith, Maci, Emma Johns, Benjamin and Luke Smith.
