He was predeceased by : his parents, William Francis and Mildred Francis; and his brother Henry Francis. He is survived by : his wife Willean Francis of Heiskell, TN; his siblings, Michael Francis of London, KY, Frita Davenport of McMinnville, TN and Brenda Sue Francis of Cleveland, OH; his granddaughter Heather Marie Mingie; his great grandchild Houston Mingie; and his close friends, Alex Welch of Heiskell, TN, Jimmy Grisham of Clinton, TN and Roger Young of Lake City, TN..
