He is survived by : his sons, Dylan O'Neal of Clinton and Kobe O'Neal of Knoxville; his mother Bernice Penley of Heiskell; his siblings, Carl O'Neal of Clinton and Tabbatha Childs of Clinton; his nieces and nephews, Zackary, Natalie, Anna, Ayden and Kali; his uncle Joe O'Neal (Joy) of Clinton; and his close friend Jessica Elliott. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, and other friends.
