He was predeceased by: his father Arvil "Dude" Butler; and his granddaughters, Kinley and Kamryn. He is survived by: his mother Linda L. Butler; his children, Nicole Phillips (Darcy), Taylor Lowe and Skylor Butler; his grandchildren, Hayden, Navy, Kylie and Kenzington; and his brothers, Michael Butler and Danny Butler. He is also survived by his nieces, nephews, extended family, and friends.
