She was predeceased by : her parents, A. U. Newman and Tracy Magdalene Holloway Newman; her siblings, Quinten Newman, Georgia Galbraith, Imogene Smith and Julia Ann Pitts; and her close friend Buddy Parsons. She is also survived by eleven nieces and nephews and multiple great nieces and great nephews and great-great nieces and nephews and great-great-great nieces and nephews.
