He was predeceased by: his parents, James Guy and Mary Ann Guy; and his sister Joann Perfetti. He is survived by: his children, Tracey Kelly (Tim), Terri Edgin (Bubba), Tina Russell (Jay) and Richie Guy; and his sisters, Peggy Loyd (Johnny) and Doris Wallace (Jim). He is also survived by his friends, extended family.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to St. Jude, Shriners or a local animal shelter.
