He was predeceased by: his parents, Jim Frix and Ova Sanders Frix; his son Anthony Frix; his grandson Ryan Graves; and his siblings, Carroll Frix, Troy Frix, Guy Frix, Ruby Frix, Helen Frix, Mallie Cleary, Marie Plunk, Junell King, Beulah Clay, Bethel White and Gladys Lynch.
He is survived by: his wife Maye Sherrill Frix; his children, Carey Frix (Nicole Jennings) of Henderson and Mitzi Frix Graves (Robin) of Jackson; his daughter-in-law Kindra Frix of Henderson; his grandchildren, Whitney Cupples (Malcolm), Wesley Frix (Mary), Sarah Frix, Abby Frix, Drew Frix and John Frix; his great grandchildren, Wyatt Anthony Frix and Toby James Cupples; and his caregivers, Teresa and David Plunk. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
