He was predeceased by: his parents, Clyde Frye and Ruby Morton Frye Crews; and his siblings, Tommy, John Crews and Belinda Goff (Jimmy).
He is survived by: his wife Patricia Frye of Henderson; his children, Jeremy Clark of Henderson, Zachary Frye (Kayla) of Memphis and Ashley Frye (Michael) of Henderson; his grandson Michael "Boo" McPherson; and his siblings, Clyde Frye, Jr. (Elsie) of Gibson, W. T, Larry Crews (Wanda) of Scotts Hill and Diane Crews (Hudson) of Selmer.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, May 27th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Shackelford Funeral Directors – Crook Avenue Chapel (304 Crook Ave, Henderson, TN 38340). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, May 28th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Thursday, May 28th 2026 at 12:00 PM at the Cave Springs Cemetery (1800 Cave Springs Rd, Henderson, TN 38340).
