He was predeceased by : his parents, Roscoe Frankin and Emily Betty Eslick Noles; and his siblings, Mildred Morris, Jasper Noles and Newton Noles.

He is survived by : his wife Billie Shelley Noles of Henderson; his sons, Paul Stephen Noles (Amy) of Huntingdon and Joe Noles (Ramay) of Henderson; and his sister Shirley Kanaak of Crystal Lake, IL.. He is also survived by five grandchildren.
