She was predeceased by: her parents, Leonard Andrew and Lois Presley Flatt; her siblings, Glynn Flatt, Robert Flatt, Thomas Flatt, Betty Johnson and Maudie Britt; and her half-sister Audry Mooney.
She is survived by: her daughter Alesha Wallis (Jason) of Bethel Springs; her grandchildren, Alyssa Crouse (Adam) and Nicholas Wallis (Chloe); her great grandchildren, Julianna Crouse and Myles Crouse; and her siblings, Lee Flatt of Bethel Springs, Johnny Flatt of Jacks Creek, Roy Flatt of Masseyville, James Ray Flatt of Jackson, Lillian Hatch of Masseyville and Dee Vandiver of Bolivar. She is also survived by her grandchildren and great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Monday, September 22nd 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Shackelford Funeral Directors - Henderson (304 Crook Ave, Henderson, TN 38340). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, September 23rd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Tuesday, September 23rd 2025 at 12:15 PM at the Palestine Cemetery (350 Palestine Ln, Henderson, TN 38340).
