He was predeceased by: his parents, Burt Willis and Mary Ruth Workman Willis; his sons, Estell "Gus" Willis, Walter "Legs" Willis and Bert "Spud" Willis; and his brothers, Randy, David, Ray Willis and Bernard Neff.
He is survived by: his wife Esta Willis; his daughters, Gator Jones (Glen) and Debbie Mainord of Henderson; and his siblings, Carl Willis of Bolivar, Greg Willis, Jason Willis, Larry Willis, Jeff Willis of Henderson, Kathy Willis, Shirley Dorsey and Glenna Hayes. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren and 13 great grandchildren.
