He is survived by: his wife Heather Lake; his children, Chase Lake (Shawnna) and Ashelyn Lake; his parents, Sharon Lake and Ed Lake (Lori); his sister Jennifer Donaldson (Travis); and his friend Maryann D'Entremont. He is also survived by his family, friends.
