She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Ellis Winstead and Evelyn Conner Winstead; her husband Richard Wayne Basham; and her brother Bill Winstead. She is survived by: her siblings, Mack Winstead (Mary), Don Winstead (Faye) and Renae Stewart (Steve); and her children, Dawn Frensley (Tommy) and Derick Cash (Stephanie). She is also survived by her 5 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren; as well as, nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
