He is survived by: his wife Rebecca Ellis; his parents, Terry Burnett (Don) and Dan Ellis (Ann); his grandmother Helen Ruth Bagwell; his sister Angela Ellis Smart (Shannon); his niece Blair McCloud (Greg); his nephew Beau Smart; his great-nephew Declan McCloud; his cousin Brandy Lux (Jace); his uncles, Butch West and Michael Ellis; his sister-in-law Brittany Wooldridge (Jimmy); his niece Ainsley Wooldridge; Colton and Connor Lux.
