He was predeceased by: his parents, Andrew Carlton Guy and Carroll Elizabeth Bonney Guy; and his uncle John Bonney (Marjorie). He is survived by: his wife Kelly Miller Guy; his daughters, Bonney Todd (Jim), Jenny Guy (Jeremiah) and Bailey Guy; his siblings, Andy Guy (Dianne) and Nancy White (late David White); his grandchildren, Anne Louis Todd, Jimmy Todd and Harrison Blake; his nieces, Anjeanette Guy, Brittney Nalley, Katie White, Kendall Elsass and Annie Williams; his nephew Andy Guy III; and his close friend Crocker Williams.
