He is survived by: his wife Debra; his sisters, Jackie Ralph (Wallace) and Sarah Burris (Bob); and his children, Donald Givan Jr. (Gary), Brian Givan (Traci), Robbie Drueck and Jennifer Allen (Tim). He is also survived by His six grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
