He was predeceased by: his parents, Forrest Kenan Williams and Ann Walters Williams; his brother James Hill Williams; and his parents-in-law, Mary Rebecca Pettey and Charles Herbert Pettey.
He is survived by: his wife Charline Pettey Williams; his daughters, Beth Williams Massey and Lori Williams Horn (Tim); his grandchildren, Andrew Horn (Caroline), Anna Horn Alexander (John), Loren Massey and Layne Massey Keef (Collin); and his great grandchildren, Ada Horn, Nora Horn, Oakleigh Keef and Scottie Keef.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in Oakley's honor to St. Jude, the Alzheimer's Association, or Veterans Organization of your choice.
