She is survived by: her husband Jack; her son Jay (Charlotte); her grandchildren, Reilly, Boone and Brendan; her son Bryan (Susan); her grandchildren, Casey Semeniuk (Steven) and Will; her great grandchildren, Chloe, Claire and Grey; her son Gregg (Chrissy); her granddaughter Caitlin; and her siblings, E. J. Ballenger (Curtis), Sue West (James), Kathy Wilkinson (Kevin), Mary Wiles (Chris Pair), Teresa Pickney (Michael), Eddie Vaughn (Melissa) and Marty Vaughn (Kristy).
