He is survived by: his wife Gloria Barnes; his children, David Barnes and Judy Porter (Monte); his grandchildren, Jason Porter (Miranda), Steven Porter and Sherry Putra (Natt); and his great grandchildren, Adalyn, Beckett and Alessandra.
A celebration of life will be held on Tuesday, August 19th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the First Baptist Church (106 Bluegrass Commons Blvd, Hendersonville, TN 37075).
