He is survived by: his wife Barbara; his daughters, Micki Johns (Greg), Carrie Logsdon (Mat) and Becky Casanova (Jesse); his grandchildren, Haley (Cody), Devon, Casey (Kyle), Cameron, Carson, Chloe, Linzy, Ellie, Jackson, Addy, Graycee, Rylee, Jensen and Olivia; and his brother Terry Elliott.
