She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry Young and Maggie Young of Oakdale, TN; her siblings, Louise Wesley (Leon), Shirley Abell, Barbara Brown, Patricia Young, Ralph, George (Shug), Donnie, Ronnie and Doug; and her daughter Amy Jo Day.
She is survived by: her husband Bruce Day; her son David Andrew Day; her siblings, Wayne Young (Tina) of Oakdale, TN, Sharon David (Larry) of Keno, KY, Debbie Langley (Doug) of Oakdale, TN, Brenda Young of Dalton, GA and Sherry Scarbro of Dalton, GA.; and her children, Megan Swaggerty, John Beahm and Lisa Mandrell. She is also survived by Many aunts, nieces, nephews and cousins.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, December 20th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Hendersonville Funeral Home (353 E Main St, Hendersonville, TN 37075). A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, December 20th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
